Sagun BelaNepali Invitations

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sagun Bela (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at sagunbela.com. Please read them carefully. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The short version

  • Use Sagun Bela for genuine invitations only, and only for lawful purposes.
  • You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it. You are responsible for your content and for the consent of the people in it.
  • We are a neutral hosting platform. Anyone can report a page, and we may take it offline, expire it or remove it.
  • The Service is currently free and provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Nepali law.

Who we are and acceptance

The Service is operated by Sagun Bela from Nepal. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sagun Bela and are governed by the laws of Nepal. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Service

Sagun Bela lets you create, publish and share bilingual invitations for weddings, bratabandha, pasni, anniversaries, birthdays and similar celebrations. The Service is currently offered free of charge during our launch phase. Published invitations are time-limited and expire by design. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may impose or change limits, at any time.

Your account

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, for keeping your access secure, and for notifying us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described below.

Your content and licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit — names, photographs, text and designs (“Your Content”). You grant Sagun Bela a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to resize images or generate previews) and publicly display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service as you direct, such as publishing your invitation. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy or required by law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences and consents for Your Content, including the consent of every person whose name, image or personal details you include.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for genuine invitations, and you must not:

  • impersonate any person or entity, or create fake, prank or misleading invitations;
  • publish content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
  • publish the personal information, name or photograph of any person without their consent, or otherwise infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
  • use the Service for spam, fraud, gambling, or any illegal or deceptive purpose;
  • upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

Before publishing, you must confirm the genuine-invitation and no-misuse declaration we present. Breaking these rules may lead to removal of content, suspension of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.

Guests and other people’s privacy

Where you collect RSVPs or guestbook messages, you are responsible for handling that information lawfully and respectfully, and only for your event. You must not use guest information for marketing or any unrelated purpose, and you must honour any request from a guest to remove their information.

Our role as a hosting platform

Sagun Bela provides tools to create and host invitations. We do not author or endorse Your Content, and we do not pre-screen every invitation. As a neutral platform hosting third-party content, we are not responsible for user content, but we will act on valid reports and legal requests. You — not Sagun Bela — are solely responsible for Your Content and its consequences.

Reporting, moderation and takedown

Anyone can report an invitation. We may review reported content and, at our discretion, take it offline, expire it, remove it, or suspend the account responsible. We may retain reported pages (including after deletion) until any review is complete, and we may disclose information to, or cooperate with, competent authorities where the law requires. To report abuse, contact support@nimto.online.

Complaints

The Service is operated by Sagun Bela, based in Nepal, and reachable at support@nimto.online. If you have a complaint or grievance, contact us at that address and we will acknowledge it and try to resolve it promptly.

Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its templates, designs, software, layout, logos, and the “Sagun Bela” name — is owned by Sagun Bela or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in it except to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that content will always be available, or that date conversions (Bikram Sambat to Gregorian) and other features are error-free. Published pages expire by design. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under Nepali law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagun Bela will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any user content. Since the Service is currently provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, which may be zero. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sagun Bela and its operators from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your invitations or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service, its users or the public. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licences already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

Third-party links and services

Invitations may include links to third-party services (for example, venue map links) and rely on third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sagun Bela regarding the Service and replace any prior understanding.
  • Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor operator of the Service.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as outages, natural events, or acts of authorities).
  • Language. These Terms may be presented in more than one language; if there is any conflict, the English version prevails.
